Range of onshore-offshore courses - vocational coursesThe "OSO" training centre conducts courses in Warsaw as well as throughout Poland with travel to the customer at the address indicated. We are one of the few companies on the Polish market to offer offshore and onshore courses and training.The courses provided are in line with the requirements of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).CurriculumThe training programme is divided into a theoretical part in lecture form and a practical part. Classes at our centre are taught by appropriately trained specialists and experienced lecturers who are active in the profession on a daily basis.The theoretical part includes, among others:basic safety rules during work,applicable legislation and health and safety rules,principles of first aid,hazard analysis and contingency plans,obligations of the employee and the employer,post-accident analyses,familiarisation with the procedure before boarding the helicopter.The practical part consists of performing tasks, under the guidance of our specialists, this includes:exploration and extraction of raw material deposits,platform overview,correct donning of waistcoats and use of escape apparatus,ensuring a safe workplace,operating machines and tools while performing tasks,locating the fire and using extinguishing agents,safe helicopter travel and lowering the helicopter in the event of an emergency,sounding the alarm during an emergency,providing first aid.Mountaineering coursesWe provide mountaineering courses with building and rope access, which is adapted to BS 8454. During the class you will learn how to safely use support tools and learn knot tying techniques. Training for working at height will prepare you for working at height and belaying yourself and those around you. After completing the course, you will be able to navigate a rope and/or scaffold with ease.Cranes at seaThe bankman and slinger preparation course deals with the use and supervision of cranes or cranes when working at sea. Trainees will acquire the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge of how to operate, maintain, move and suspend loads along with safety.CertificateWhen starting to work on drilling or mining rigs, it is essential to acquire the right qualifications and skills. Certificate MEWP ISO 18878 The certificate is valid for work on land and at sea in Norway, the UK and Denmark and is also recognised in other EU countries. During the training, the participant should bring with him/her an identity document, a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to the work, previous qualification certificates (if he/she has any) and a costume for dressing up.
