Rail-mounted (harbour) cranes - training for operators and maintainersHarbour cranes are cranes used to move goods for loading and unloading. As their name suggests, they are usually used to work in seaports. Their design allows them to carry out several operations at the same time: they can lower or lift loads by rotating around their own axis, while also varying the inclination of the boom and moving along the coastline. These are extremely helpful machines for loading and unloading cargo ships. We can divide harbour cranes into two types in terms of their design:4 - articulated, and cantilevered, with rope compensation. In order to become an operator or maintainer, you must first obtain a licence that allows you to work. Our trainingOur company offers pre-training.
