The Office of Technical Inspection is responsible for examining the candidates for the operator and issuing the licence - they are in charge of organising the exam, which consists of two parts, practical and theoretical. For this reason, at OSO we conduct both lectures and exercises at the training facilities - our aim is to provide all the bases for the participant to take the exam and pass it successfully. Only a passing score is required to obtain the qualification, there are no grades, so at OSO we focus on consolidating the knowledge imparted and comprehensive exercises in HDS crane operation. Our offerAt OSO, we offer a fresh start, i.e. an adaptation of the level of teaching to the customer's needs - we assign participants to each group according to the score they have obtained in the competency test. In this way, we are able to provide each trainee with authoritative training and fresh knowledge. We also offer additional materials to consolidate our client's knowledge. These are repetition tests, which we send electronically so that you can work through them yourself at your leisure.Due to the global situation - a global pandemic - we have adapted our curriculum by introducing remote lectures in the form of webinars - real-time audio-video transmissions - with the aim of our customer's comfort and safety. We also conduct practical exercises in specially prepared training facilities under the watchful eye of cadres who will help you learn and train you in the correct use of the crane. The curriculum, or what we will teach you:health and safety regulations before, during and after workHDS crane operator dutiesfamiliarise yourself with the technical and operational documentation of the equipmentconstruction - technical issuesthe correct operation of the appliancedaily operation of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, i.e. inspecting the equipment visually, checking the tightness of components, the operation of hydraulic locks, extending supports, checking locking and securingHDS crane - characteristicsDuring our training courses, we will teach our trainees all the necessary skills, as well as the knowledge of all the technical issues needed to operate this equipment correctly. To ensure that our customers are able to operate the crane on a day-to-day basis, we familiarise them with the equipment which, due to its characteristics - mechanical drive and high lifting capacity - is the ideal machine for carrying out construction, assembly and service work. When operating an HDS crane, our trainees learn how to perform basic manoeuvres for handling, loading and assembly work. After completing the training and successfully passing the UDT exam, operators will be able to find employment in many companies performing construction and industrial work. Thanks to the skills acquired, our trainees will be able to carry out proper assembly and conduct construction and loading work, which will help them find a job after their training.Depending on the model, the design of the crane may vary and, at the same time, the work to be carried out may require an appropriate approach to manoeuvring. Leaving aside quality considerations, which depend on the brand of the equipment in question, so, for example, an HDS crane used to load timber will be fitted with special grapples to replace the hooks from the 'original' version of the equipment. Cranes intended for basic work will have a rigidly mounted structure on the crane chassis and their boom will operate in two planes, enabling them to transport goods quickly and efficiently - loading/unloading work. Most HDS cranes are subject to regulations set by the Office of Technical Inspection. Therefore, at OSO, we teach a thorough knowledge of the rules in force during intensive crane operation - these are mandatory periodic inspections, i.e. maintenance. In order for the equipment to remain both safe and of good quality, it should be subjected to inspections and any faults detected should be repaired immediately. At OSO, we guarantee professionalism, reliable work and an understanding of the customer's needs.
