Construction machinery

Excavator and equipment. The role of construction machinery. New technological developments are improving the ergonomics, efficiency and speed of the work carried out on a construction site, and they are defined by construction machinery, i.e. machinery that facilitates the work of building construction. Used in road and rail construction, they are also used in the construction of airports. The function of the road roller is to compact soil and asphalt, thus creating a flat surface that is suitable for further work and also vehicle-friendly. Roads, extensive squares, car parks, as well as playing fields or runways can be built using it. The surface created should be strong enough to carry heavy vehicles and also be resistant to unfriendly weather conditions (frost or damp). The main element responsible for the compaction of the soil is, of course, the roller, with its eccentric exciter rollers. With these, the results are significantly better and guarantee a more durable substrate.

What are eccentric rollers? These are special excitation windings that form part of the roller drive - when the rotor rotates, a centrifugal force is generated that 'excites' vibrations in the device. These vibrations usually reach from 10 to about 55 Hz. This reduces the internal frictional resistance between the individual grains and pavement particles, so that the resulting gaps in the soil are then tightly filled by the smaller grains.

Excavator

It is a construction machine designed for excavation work, more specifically the separation of excavated material (rock material) and its transport to a transport vehicle or to a stockpile. We can differentiate them according to the material they handle - it can be loose material such as sand, coal, gravel, etc.

An excavator consists of different structural components depending on the model and application of the machine in question. What we can distinguish in each type is the chassis and the body, i.e. the carrier assembly and engine space. Then there is the operator's cab and the control panel. To operate an excavator, a licence is required (divided into classes depending on the type of excavator to be operated) certifying the operator's skills and knowledge in terms of load handling, vehicle control and health and safety.

In order to be qualified to operate a roller and an excavator, courses must be completed at training centres. Currently, there are a large number of institutions offering comprehensive training on the market, however, not all of them have criminal prices and professional experience in the field of operator training - OSO, i.e. Operator Training Centre has a great offer and at an affordable price. We warmly invite you to find out more about our company and to start working with us.
